cannot complete installation VIVE Business streaming

I'm trying to install VIVE Business streaming, but cannot.

execute VIVEBusinessStreamgInstaller, select path and check  box and start install.

...but, message "Failed to installation" appeared and cannot continue.

I checked

- update SteamVR software

- disable firewall and virus check

- update graphics driver (RTX3060)

 

then, what can i do to complete install ?
