Controller issues - very shaky and scroll is not usable?

Are other people seeing issues using the controller?

Generally it's extremely shaky compared to the phone-as-controller.

Also, scrolling is pretty broken. I can see it responding, start to scroll down for example, but then it pops back up to where I started.
