VIVE Business Streaming console - 1.10.11

• Now works with some firewall software by enabling TCP mode.
• Fine-tuned PC GPU loading after Streaming session disconnected while Content(OpenVR) is still running.
• Fixed issues could cause server hung or crash on some computers with AMD integrated-GPU.

• Fixed stability issues when Dynamic Bitrate is enabled. 
• Fixed jitter issue with OpenXR content developed with UE4.27 or later. 
• Fixed a server crash issue due to WMI API. 
• Support customized headset name and show in Console.
• Revised VBS console UI.
• [OpenXR] Fixed previous known issue of facial tracking not working after server restart.
• [OpenXR] Fixed crash issue in MSFS2020.

VIVE Business Streaming app - 1.0.16.9 (Please connect Focus 3 to PC via USB to update)

• Bug fixed for crash issues caused by unexpected audio device query failure.
• Support customized headset name displayed in Console.
• Fixed a malfunction issue with TCP mode with VIVE Streamig.
