Play .mp4 video on vive focus 3

Hello,

I'm trying to play demo videos on my vive focus 3 headset by copying it on sd card. Actually my video as been copied on the card, but Vive Video doesn't find any video. Is there anything I can do ?

Here are the codecs :

Video :

Codec H264 - MPEG-4 AVC

3840x1920

60fps

 

Audio :

Codec MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)

Stereo 48KHz 32 bit

Can you send me the file to check? but in the meantime, try rebooting the headset to see if the VIVE video can find it.

The problem is when I put this video on SD card, viveport video don't even find it. I found other videos that works on sd card.

Is there a way to read this videos from sd card ?

I know why it does not work : There's a trooble on my SD card... It works well with another sd card.
