Unity PC VR Scene Alignment - OpenVR.Debug returns Null?

I am trying to do the LBE PC VR Scene Alignment, and I have placed the marker json files on PC, and also loaded it on the mobile VIVE Manager as well. 

But the only problem I have right now is when I try to do the PC API part where you send the Debug request to Headset, OpenVR.Debug would return null. 

Is SteamVR not going to work with latest Unity build? I am on 2022.3.12f1.
