Cast to PC Unity application and receive data

Hello everyone, wanted to ask if it was possible to cast from the standalone focus to another application on the PC, sending what you're seeing and also being able to receive inputs from the keyboard to trigger certain actions, have found some helpful things about casting but not about sending data within the network, thanks in advance

Sorry that I did not specify but I'm looking for an Unity compatible solution
