I had to get the steam code via chat as well, since that never came through either. Since I was told I only have 14 days to return it for a refund and the code for Bridge Crew can take two weeks (go figure), I went ahead and started the RMA process. Was told it will be emailed to me within a week and if I don't get it I should contact support, I didint get it so I contacted support, they said wait another week and contact support again. It's gonna be two weeks tomorrow, doubt I'll get it. Checked my spam and everything. Not sure what to do cause I'll probably be told to wait another week.
