OutDaWay Posted August 5, 2017 Share Posted August 5, 2017 The same day I got my Vive, one of the controllers stopped working. I sent it back to HTC/Vive (with the provided FedEx label) and its been over three weeks since they received it. I still don't have a tracking number for my replacement and tomrrow it will be one month since I sent it to them. Is this typical for HTC/Vive Support?
