Aruco Trackable Markers not being detected

Good day i'm testing the ArUco trackable markers and they're not being detected.

Im using the sample project, ue 5.2, wavesdk 5.6 and latest firmware for elite xr.

ive been struggling with this for over a week and i can't get them to work.

an app on my phone can detect them in less than a second. but i look at the marker for 15 minutes with the headset and it wont detect anything.

i do click the buttons for Start Markers, Start Observer and Start detecting. but it keeps printing "0 markers detected". Any idea?
