Let me resume it a little :

I updated the OpenXR plugin last Wednesday to get eye tracking values on the Vive XR Elite V1.0.999.702 on PCVR.

I worked well, except for the pupil size that gives me a consistant value of 5,56413(left) 5,693145 (right) for the whole application lifetime, even when I recalibrate the eye tracker, or even when I'm trying on another day.

Today, I updated to the Vive Hub v2.1.7a and Vive streaming v2.0.12, from (probably) the public version from before. I had a XR_SESSION_LOST error, which was fixed by registering again OpenXR extensions.

However, I still get the same constant pupil values, even though the SDK tells me that the values are valid (which I believe is pretty unlikely, like there should be at least variations due to noise or something), while other data such as gaze are correct.

Hope it's clearer.

Hi @VIVE_chengnay, I have also encountered session_lost error, and our lab is eagerly looking forward to the rom update.

Also, since we're urgently needing the pupil data, I tried to use the Wave sdk instead. It turns out that I can log pretty much everything else except for pupil size, which returns a fixed value continuously. Is this a known issue for now? If not, what information can I provide to identify how to fix this? I tried re-calibration which didn't work.

Many thanks.

Also, thanks @Detto_UL very much for sharing your case!!

Hi Sir,

We're going to have both ROM Release for XR Elite and Focus Vision on 12/6 to support more completed eye features along with OpenXR 2.5.0.

Thanks.
