ScreenPointToRay and ViewportPointToRay not working with VR

When I use the htc vive pro suite and the sdk of the xr interaction toolkit for vr development, I need to use the screen coordinates to world coordinates (rays are emitted by ordinary cameras), that is, the ScreenPointToRay method, but the rays are seriously offset to the left line. What is this? Why? Someone come and save me.
