Recenter does not work on XR Elite

When I press the Vive button long to recenter the headset only the forward orientation changes. The center of my play area is still in the old (wrong position). How can I move the center of the play area to where I am standing at that moment?

I looked at the XR Elite support page but I did not find instructions on how to make a log. So I can't add that.

You can simply collect logs by "adb logcat > filename".
