Realistic hand tracking starts delayed (Unity / VIVE XR Elite / OpenXR)

Hello,

the following problem occurs while I'm working on realistic hand tracking for the XR Elite.

I noticed that hand tracking doesn't start after I started the App on my device, but with a long delay. Hand tracking starts to work, when I placed the headset aside, while the App is running and waited for about 15 mins, before I put the headset back on. 

I tried different Unity versions and Hands Package versions.

I'm using:

Unity 2022.3.34f1

VIVE OpenXR 2.3.0

Hands Package 1.4.1

I also noticed a displacement between my real Hands and the virtual hands while passthrough is enabled.
