Annika Posted June 26 Posted June 26 Hello, we have a problem with one of our HTC Vive Pros: When we plug in the VR headset, we get the error message "Error: Not initialized (109)" and the display stays dark. Has anybody else experienced this error and has got a solution? We already know the following: - The correct GPU is used - The cable is not the issue, other cables make no difference - I use an adapter on a laptop, but for other VR headsets of the same model, the setup works, it is just this HTC Vive Pro. - The problem occurred on another PC, too, so it is likely the device itself - SteamVR and drivers and Vive Software are all up to date - direct mode is enabled, it did not help Best regards Annika
