Error installing SteamVR offline version

Hi all,

 

any advice on installing steamvr offline from the the vive download section on the website.

after a very quick install when we try to load the program it pops this error?

d3dx10_43.dll was not found

try installing windows direct x with no joy.

not sure what to do
