Expanding the tracking space

Is it possible to enlarge the tracking space by using multiple lighthouses etc?  I want to walk around in a very large space.  What are my options?  What's available?  What's coming?

 The current generation of lighthouse tracking only allows for two concurrent lighthouses to be used in one tracked volume. The best way to extend the range of the current lighthouses is to use the included sync cable rather than optical sync. Future generations of lighthouse tech will allow for multiple lighthouses to be "daisy-chained" together because they omit the "sync" LEDs currently required but that ecosystem won't be live for quite some time.
