Dr Tracksuit Posted September 6, 2017 Posted September 6, 2017 I do understand that the repair facility was affected by the hurricane, and that the safety of all employees is the top priority. However both of my Vive controllers were in the facility for 6 weeks before the storm hit. Is there any other way to get working controllers shipped to me? It is really discouraging to be an early adopter when the price has dropped and I'm still unable to use my unit.
