Hello everyone, I need help with a bug that a client has discovered in our software.

The software is a VR application developed with Unity3D version 2021.1.24f1 and it uses EyeTracking through SRanipal.

The software is designed to work both with and without EyeTracker. In our client's case, it runs without EyeTracker.

What is happening is that when the software is launched in normal mode, it crashes, but if it's launched in administrator mode, the software starts up correctly. We could suggest using it this way, but when doing so, SteamVR does not detect the software and does not display it through the VR headset (a Vive Pro 2). We have also tried launching SteamVR in administrator mode, but it doesn't work either. From what I can see in the log, it seems that the problem is in the initialization of SRanipal (it tries to start to check if there is a possibility to use the EyeTracker or not), but I don't understand what the problem is and why this failure occurs. The strangest thing is that our client claims to have been working with our software correctly until a few days ago without any apparent issues. I assume that some Windows or SteamVR update must have caused this, as I can't find any other explanation.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could try? I'll leave the Unity3D log and also the error recorded from the Windows Event Viewer here. Thank you very much.
