We ve been trying to get logs with the Vive Business Console (VBC_1.08.16_PUBLIC) that you linked, but there is a login error occuring wich says we should contact the support. VIVE Business 1.0.0.15 & Vive Business+ console 2.4.0.23 are not able to get log data from the HMD? Can you help with the login error? Can you also specifiy the process wich we should do? creating a new map and then linking mbsa and then copying the logs? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As for the process, please follow the steps below: 1. Create a LBE map 2. Apply MBSA and save the map (follow the steps on VIVE Manager) 3. Operate your content which is aimed to use MBSA 4.
