Can't update to latest firmware version

I bought a refurbished headset and I got one that was from Axon. I cant get it to update past version 5.1.999.992. When I check for updates, it says it is at the most recent version. How can I get it to update to version 6?

Im trying to figure this out too. Vive support has told me it cant update and to return it to Amazon but Amazon wont take it. I've been trying to get their support to send me the files for version 6.0.999.972 so I can try updating it with an SD card from the boot menu but the download file is hidden on a locked/private forum and support wont provide it. Good luck!! Ive been fighting this for 6+ months
