OpenXRHelper.exe fails, cannot register OpenXR Extensions for VIVE Hub.

My hardware:
VIVE XR Elite headset
2 Controllers
VIVE Full Facial Tracker for XR series.

The issue:

Clicking the "register" button from both the Streaming Hub and Business Streaming Hub results in a prompt to allow changes with OpenXRHelper.exe, and when I input "allow," no installation occurs. If I run the programs as administrator, the prompt doesn't show up, but the button still doesn't work.

What we've tried:

• Reinstalling steam
• Reinstalling SteamVR
• Reinstalling the VIVE Hub services
• Factory resetting my headset
• Rebooting my PC
• Rebooting my headset.
• Launching OpenXRHelper.exe from the program files normally
• Launching OpenXRHelper.exe from the program files as administrator

Seeking assistance from developers, by chat support recommendation. 😞
