Jaydensem1
I have oculus 3 headset, steamvr, 2 - vive 2.0 base stations and 3 - 3.0 vive trackers base stations are mounted 6.5 feet high, angled to center of room, opposite corners, plugged in, lights are green on both, and one is channel one and other is on 2. Steamvr shows only the headset and the controllers. Both work perfect. There is nothing recognizing the base stations and there begins my problem. Any ideas welcome. We have checked updating the graphics card. Restarting computer, unplugging the base stations. pairing the trackers (which we can do but they don't show up anywhere), changed size of room, ran the tutorial, we are unable to change any bluetooth setting in Steam. We have lighthouse installed on android phone and can see both base stations on lighthouse. That is how we figured out both were on same channel and used the tiny button to switch one of them to two. Good lord... someone please tell me what we are missing. We have 3 days of effort into this and we are out of ideas
