Hi @Nika Kharashvili,

It looks like your screenshot does not have Handtracking, but is your handtracking working?

Could you help to double check by disable all API layers and see if it will crash?

1. Yes, Hand Tracking is working fine for me.

2. if I disable all the API-s the Crush won't occur. @VIVE_chengnay

But, is handtracking is still working?

Since you don't have that option to on/off.

No if I disable all the API-s unity won't even stream to my headset using SteamVR, Even If I only Disable Face Tracking and Enable OpenMR Still unity wont stream to the headset, If I have Only Face Tracking Enabled then hand tracking works Streaming works  but the bug happens. @VIVE_chengnay

Your main goal is to develop OpenXR or OpenVR?

If for OpenXR, please try using new project and only install VIVE OpenXR Plugin and try again.

If issue still existed, please provide screenshot of the registry path "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\OpenXR\1\ApiLayers\Implicit".
