Streaming client won't install on device

I'm having Focus Vision headsets at the latest firmware version which are in the same VBMS group. I'm connecting them to a PC VBS and press install. For some, it works immediately, some continuously return a failed installation. Since they're in the same group, all devices use the same batch configuration. Any ideas what might cause this? I need to set up the devices quickly for a venue launch event. Uploaded a log trace with the ID 20241024100426

Solved: Some devices are not entering file transfer mode, so that needs to be done manually from within the headset after plugging in. Then installation works.
