Hi Team 

Is it possible to perform software updates from files, for example loaded on SD card/external drive and either point to the external file or copy across to the headset and install. 

I am trying to avoid any form of network connectivity if possible, but would still like a method for installing the  latest updates on the headset.

Yes, it's doable.

We provide the offline installer on Enterprise Forum for our enterprise clients after ROM released.

If you are the enterprise user, you should already have the access or maybe to contact the Region Team to request access.

How do you become an Enterprise User, is there a cost involved can you please provide detailed instruction on how to do this be able to get access to the site for software download as I have been going backwards and forwards on this once with support
