Does anyone know about the compatibility for VIVE Open XR and the built-in Open XR module in Unreal 5.3?

Hi everyone! I’m currently working on a Vive mocap project with Metahumans in Unreal using the Vive Pro Eye. I'm using the Vive OpenXR plugin to enable eye tracking for animating the Metahumans' eyes, while body tracking is managed with Vive trackers. However, I’m experiencing significant GPU lag once both tracking features are enabled. After updating the plugin to Vive OpenXR 2.4, my project launches, but it freezes as soon as I put on the HMD (I assume it crashes when it detects eye tracking, which might be causing an issue with my GPU). Does anyone have any advice on what might be causing this issue? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Could it be the issue of OpenXR?
