Yves Schmid Dornbierer Posted November 26 Posted November 26 Hello, So our company purchases a Vive Focus Vision and I'm trying to build an Android app with eye tracking from Unity. I followed the tutorial here: Getting The Data of Eye Tracker (Beta) - Developer Resources But for some reason when Project Settings > XR Plug-In Management > OpenXR, the VIVE XR Eye Tracker feature is not visible on Android platform. I can see it only when I switch to the Windows platform. I can see all the other VIVE XR features (like VIVE XR Facil Tracking, etc.:): Any idea ? Is Eye Tracking supported on Android yet ? Thanks. Best, Yves.
Tony PH Lin Posted November 27 Posted November 27 Hi @Yves Schmid Dornbierer, Thanks for your inquiry. Due to the urgent demands of our PCVR partners, we plan a quick update of OpenXR 2.4.2 to support Windows Platform first with new VIVE EYE Tracker Extension. And the Android Platform support will be rolled out on next version OpenXR 2.5.0 along with the coming ROM upgrade. (Target on 12/B) Welcome to PM me if you have schedule concern or business impact then we can discuss how to support you, thanks.
Yves Schmid Dornbierer Posted November 27 Author Posted November 27 Ok thanks for the quick reply. I'll wait for the update release. 1
