SRanipal SDK v1.3.6.8 download link needed for a repo using unreal v.4.26

I am researching carla, the car sim in XR and we have the xr elite as well as the facial tracking adapter piece.  Now the people that made the repo got eye tracking working on the vive pro using the sranipal version 1.3.1.1 and it seems I need the v1.3.6.8 for the xr elite, however it is nowhere to be found for download.  Seems to be obsolete and now we should use openxr sdk for the device instead now.  That would be fine, except the repo uses unreal v.4.26 and the openxr sdk seems to be compatible with versions 5.2.5.3 and 5.4 only.  Is this true, anything before 5.2 wont work with the openxr sdk?  That would mean I need the sranipal sdk setup installed, but the version not on the repo. I need version 1.3.6.8 please, so I can get eye tracking working, just simple gaze info tracking.  If I do need SRanipal to work with the setup i am using, how would I go about getting a copy of it.  It seems yall have removed it from your database, as every page linking to it is a 404 page not found.  I am stuck between a rock and a hard place, can you help at all?
