vive cosmos keeps boot looping please help

Hi, I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my Vive Cosmos. Whenever I try to use it and initiate tracking, the camera freezes, and the system restarts. After restarting, the camera turns back on, but then it freezes and restarts again, creating an endless boot loop.
i've tried

• Changed the USB and DisplayPort (DP) ports the headset is plugged into.
• Moved the AC power connector to a different outlet.
• Unplugged and replugged the AC power brick from the hub.
• Disconnected and reconnected the main cable that connects all VR components to the headset.
  
  and after all this its still boot looping
