I am trying to set up a new headset and it tells me I must download a new app to run and then sends me to the store where I suppose microsoft is supposed to guess at which one? Come on. I bought this paid 600 bucks and cannot install the software, your support and instructions are subpar for the money you charge... I want my VR to work... fix this....
