Do I understand correctly that it's been over a year and they're explaining that you'll have to pay for the repair?

Last Update: A lot of "Sorry, sorry", support-emails with the same badly translated default-answers and no recognition of EU-law. Cost estimate and transportation is close to buying a new Basestation.

We also got this problem.
We received a mail today that the lighthouse is broken (laser).
A ton of people enconter this problem!

The first time we contacted the support it was in the 2 year warranty. The told us to downgrade the firmware. Then the lighthouse seems to bee working but after testing it again we noticed bad tracking. We contacted the support again, rma it and now we should pay almost the same price of a new one!
