Can`t redeem code for a free bundle.

I bought yesterday htc vive, and tried to use the code out of the box. And I tried to enter the code on the site https://store.vive.com/code, but nothing works.And I get the error "Code is invalid, Please check your code and try again."
Please help me (ಠ╭╮ಠ)
