Fallout 4 VR Not showing up in library

I selected Fallout 4 VR instead of the other games when I put in my code at www.vive.com/code but it's not showing up in the viveport library nor did I get a steam code. Can someone help me out with this?

If you selected Fallout 4 VR when you redeemed you bundle code, you would have received a Fallout 4 VR steam code. You will have received an email with it as well.

He mean's, like me, that Fallout 4 VR sat in his game library, dormant and greyed out, waiting excitedly for release day to be downloaded and enjoyed, and was puzzled to find the game missing from his library upon Steam login on that fateful day, thus leaving him in a saddened but not surprised state. Now he'll have to jump through Steam and Vive hoops to try to enable the game he was looking forward to. This is the way it usually goes down.

Hmm. He did say he didn't receive a steam code if I am reading that correctly, so it doesn't sound like what you're describing.

However, you're saying that the game vanished from your steam library? What did steam support tell you?

To clarify: If you entered the key provided to Steam, it should be in your library and ready to download. If it's NOT there, either you're logged into a different account or something happened with Steam.
