mliliramos
Hi everyone, I want to buy equipment and I have two basic questios, The first question is: In order for the tracker sensors to work, do you need the base stations and the headphones only if you are going to enter virtual reality but if you want to use the sensors live tracker only to monitor movements only with the base stations reaches? The second is What type of signals do the base stations send to the handset? Is there any limitation? As for example that there should be enough light in the room , etc. thanks so much
Synthesis
1st Question: You need the Base Stations and the HMD at the very least. For most applications you will also need the controllers. 2nd Question: Infrared/Laser signals. You want to make sure that there are no reflective surfaces in the room or direct bright sunlight. Thanks, -John C

mliliramos
Thanks so much for your answer. But just for a first phase, in case you are only interested in monitoring foot movement and not getting into virtual reality, the live tracker sensors and base stations would be enough. Is that so?
