Repair Tracking

 I created a ticket and sent out my controllers last month on the 18th and the tracking doesn't say if it has been received or not. For some reason 2 days ago they sent another email with another ticket that also doesn't update.

Thanks for tagging me and letting me know. Can you send me the ticket info in a PM? I'll take a look. I will tell you up front though that the tracking tool doesn't currently work, so don't take that as an indication of progress.
