carljames
My base station is no longer functioning as of 8/15/17. I finally got around to opening a support ticket on 12/01/17 and have received no response. Can someone tell me if there is something else I need to do to get support? jagibson
Hello Where are you located? Did you email or contact support via chat? Thank you, JohnG
carljames
Located in the US. Emailed and received the notice that I would be contacted soon. After a week of waiting I put a ticket in with the HTC support and got a response in 1 day, unfortunately they only support Europe so I'm stuck waiting on the US team. Synthesis
I'm not sure what you mean by "They only support Europe" I can assure you that we have US support as well. I'm going to send you a PM for more information. Please respond when you can.Thank you, -John C
ryze
I had the same issue. It's been over 5 months since I sent in my base stations and my ticket hasn't been updated since day 1.

SemperMike
I'm in a similar situation. My base station was received at the repair center on the 22 Nov 17. I've made numerous inquiries to tech support but I haven't got a solid anwser when my base station will be repaired. I was just told yesterday (14 Dec 17) that RMA doesn't have any record of my unit arriving there. I don't know how that is possible since I have an email from HTC tech support saying the unit was received on 22 Nov and it would take 10 business days to repair. I am so beyond frustrated.
