Vive bundle code says already used but wasnt

I started to redeem by bundle code as a guest but before I could log in, my browser crashed. Now when I try to start over the vive.com/code page says my code has already been used.  how can i get this reset? i tried clearing my browser cache but it didn't have an effect. thanks.
