Buying an HTC Vive as gift for a friend

I want to make a gift to a friend who lives in Texas, buying as gift from your online store.

 

The thing is that I have credit card but I live in Uruguay/South America

Is there no problem with that?

 

And in what way I would have to proceed for the shipment? 

Just have to buy it and put my friend's adress?

I don't see any reason that wouldn't work. Yes, have your friends address by the delivery address and it should be alright.
