Matus Posted January 8, 2018 Posted January 8, 2018 HI, I have sent one of my base stations to romania for repair, beause one of the tracking laser was missing. I was told on live chat and in instructions that I will receive status email immediately when they receive the package. According to UPS tracking, package was delivered on 4.01.2017 10:55 AM and I still did not received any email. So Im little bit worried that something is wrong....

I'd check spam folders to make sure you didn't miss an email or just wait a little bit longer. They're probably still working on it.Thanks, -John C
