Vive Base station - No repair status

HI,

 

I have sent one of my base stations to romania for repair, beause one of the tracking laser was missing. I was told on live chat and in instructions that I will receive status email immediately when they receive the package. According to UPS tracking, package was delivered on 4.01.2017 10:55 AM and I still did not received any email. So Im little bit worried that something is wrong....

Sorry, I messed up too: January 4th, 2018.

Well, that was only two business days ago, so we're still well within the expect repair time. I'd check spam folders to make sure you didn't miss an email or just wait a little bit longer. They're probably still working on it.
