Vive Devkit Need update files for Basestations controllers and HMD ??

so got a devkit for the vive (old style controllers vive released before the pre)  and it is massivly out of date 
tried to follow the steps here https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamVR/HowTo_Update_Firmware

but none of the files are actually there  inside steam VR (and i am on the steam vr beta) 

any hellp would be apreiated
