ddalton
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the bluetooth driver on my pc as well as the app on my iphone x yet the pairing disconnects after a short period, why is this occuring?
Synthesis
I'm not sure. Did it work with your previous phone? Thanks, -John C

Synthesis
Could be interference. Do you have a lot of wireless devices operating in the same area? Thanks, -John C
ddalton
No and even when connected I have only gotten one alert.... do many people have this working it seems like its a very odd configuration... my apple watch has no issue nor do any other bluetooth devices when connected in the same area I have even tested some connected to the computer without issue. Synthesis
I don't really have any data on how widely used that feature is, but I've encountered one other user with a similar problem on a different phone. What version of Viveport software do you have? Thanks, -John C
eleatperson
I know this thread is a bit old, but I'm having the same problem, it connects then disconnects shortly after. I have the current software and an iphone x, any fix for this yet?
berrysmith
I also have this issue. I Tried deleting the pairings and re-pairing the connections, but the problem persists. Tried Reset Network Connections, and the problem persists. I contacted iPhone Support Number then Their Technician resolved my problem.
