hexland Posted January 29, 2018 Share Posted January 29, 2018 I have a faulty lighthouse - it started reporting a gyro error after a firmware upgrade - so I contacted support. I got a response via email, and a ticket number ([customer personal information removed]) and request for additional information and system logs and such. I have responded with all of the requested information a couple of times over the last two weeks, but have had no response back - and I can't find a way of checking the ticket status.
