Generally, how long does it take for support staff to respond?

I have a faulty lighthouse - it started reporting a gyro error after a firmware upgrade - so I contacted support.

I got a response via email, and a ticket number ([customer personal information removed]) and request for additional information and system logs and such.

I have responded with all of the requested information a couple of times over the last two weeks, but have had no response back - and I can't find a way of checking the ticket status.

I figured I'd give the forum a go, to see if the result is any different...
