Cannot run subscription games: VIVEPORT app does not launch "Operation Warcade" Error 23000

Hi,

 

I subscribed to VIVE (this is my second day of my 7 day free trial).

I installed three games, and for all of them I get:

 

"VIVEPORT app does not launch "Operation Warcade" Error 23000"

 

This only happens with subscribed games. Other games work fine.

Antivirus software is not running, firewall is disabled.

 

What's error 23000? How do I fix it?
