Fault 03 (Error 10010) on base station, red blinking light

I just received a new lighthouse from RMA, and the previous one I sent in, is doing this as well. Checked the vrserver.txt logs in steam\logs. It pretty much reads like:

Is this two bad lighthouses in a row. Whats going on with this junk?
