Minomushi Posted May 3, 2018 Share Posted May 3, 2018 I think I'm having the same problem. After days of debugging, I finally concluded that one of the tracker is dead. Any way I can replace it? (I'm in Japan, bought the tracker in March, and the HTC support I've been in touch with since beginning of April) is saying that I should send the tracker (not the dongle) back to service to check if there is a problem.
