HackPerception Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 , Any update - If you end up seeing error 02 or the lighthouse continues to display a flashing red icon it may indicate a mechanical fault which would require an RMA. The easiest way to initiate an RMA is through the live chat feature of https://www.vive.com/us/support/contactus/.
