Htc vive pro Backordered

I purchased mine thursday on the 5th, and when I talked to customer service on saturday they told me it will begin shipping sometime next week. I'm assuming they meant sometime after next saturday. I would expect yours is even farther down the waitlist so I wouldn't expect seeing your vive pro until maybe late april early may.

I just an hour ago spoke to live chat and they said this:

See the thing is currently we're having a stock issue, All orders should be delivered by next week on top. And once there it's out and ready for packing you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

But I don't know what they meant by by next week on top.

Vive.com orders placed before April 5th should ship within the next week or two but ship date will vary by your specific region - orders placed after April 5th will be delivered based on your region and your position within the order queue. The backorder list is slightly larger in Europe and EU customers placing an order today are expected to see shipments in May given current numbers. If you purchased from a third party retailer, that company will manage your distribution and should be your point of contact for shipping concerns and questions.

My case is different though. I pre-ordered on 23.03.2018 through caseking.de, but as adviced from you to contact directly with them concerning shipment of my unit, they told me "We have no information from HTC, when they're going to ship us the pre-order units. So I had to reach to HTC again and get some info about that matter. So I was adviced to cancel my order with caseking.de and pre-order now from your website directly, and I will get it in May, while waiting on caseking.de "After May". So I'm a bit screwed in this situation (time wise), but I would be happy if you could somehow consider my today order as made before 5th of April. :)
