Adinoxis Posted April 9, 2018 Share Posted April 9, 2018 Hello, I sent one of my Lighthouses in for a Swap on 2/14/2018. Since sending it in, I've received no updates and no emails from anyone. All contact with Customer Support has not really been much help. As of last week, Customer Support was only able to tell me "We are waiting for an Outbound Tracking Number".
