Can't track order.

Hi I placed an order on Friday and would like to track it.  But none of the options work, I don't (and didn't get asked) to setup an account.  I paid by PayPal so can't use that option (tried various numbers from the paypal transaction (including the two card numbers associated with my account). 

 

The find order dialog fails to even work, neither of the two options do anything useful.

If you have an order number, you can either contact chat support or send me a PM and I'll take a look at it. Chances are, the only information I'll be able to give you is "It's being processed."

When the order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number in your email. Currently, fulfillment is taking about two weeks from the order being placed to being shipped.

Its a little disconcerting that when we try to put our order number into the tracking website, it states 'Not Recognized'.  You really need to sort this out.  Even a 'processing' would be preferable to not even acknowledging that its a valid order.
