Tal Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 My brother attempted to order a Vive tracker from the Canadian site, and he got an error that apparently amounts to "we cannot ship to this address". I'm asking for help on his behalf. Any idea what's wrong?
HackPerception Posted April 24, 2018 Posted April 24, 2018 , We just tested a few order scenarios with addresses across different regions of Canada and we were able to successfully place an order in each scenario. My guess is that there is something about the address being provided that the shipping API isn't liking. If you'd like, you can PM me your brother's contact info and we can begin processing a order manually. We did see a minor webstore bug arise yesterday due to the addition of new SKUs. Those issues are now believed to be resolved. I don't think your brother's case is related based on the description of the behavior but he's welcome to try again and see if the behavior changed since yesterday.
